Chris has been a trusted partner to our team for the past 18 years. He commands deep and broad understanding of real estate investment and management across a variety of real estate classes. Most significantly, Chris has established himself as one of Seattle’s foremost real estate experts.
Chris currently hold the role of investment manager on behalf of various ultra-high net worth families in the Northwest where he is responsible for all facets of investment acquisition, structuring and financing across most asset classes of real estate.
Earlier experience included an extended role as Director of Acquisitions and Dispostions for Bentall Corporation, an institutional owner and developer of Class A office assets throughout North America. Chris graduated from the University of Washington with a BS in Construction Management.
